Hub2Hub: Grand Hotell Egersund to Straand Hotel

Feel-good route with a fantastic start from Egersund heading towards Suleskard. We recommend a trip to Lysebotn and a lunch at Ørneredet (https://www.visitkjerag.no/spise). We have created two variants for you to choose from. The shortest is the easiest :-)

Enjoy this amazing trip :-)

This stage between two great HubRiding hotels is a real treat.
You’ll experience the spectacular Lysefjord at Lysebotn (a short detour) with the Suleskard mountain pass and beautiful Telemark nature.
The fascinating mountains around the Lysefjord were formed by the massive glaciers that covered Norway during the Ice Age.
Along large parts of the fjord, the mountains rise above 1000 meters above sea level. The many details of the bedrock, landscapes and loess make the Lysefjord a distinctive and unique natural phenomenon.
On both routes, you will be able to take the fantastic detour out to Lysebotn.
Here you can experience the whole of Norway in one day, which is absolutely fantastic. Have a good trip!
