A country road winds through a beautiful landscape of fields and forests. In the midst of nature, at the intersection of rural enchantment and the mystery of the deep forests, Losby Gods reveals itself, just a 20-minute journey from central Oslo and only 10 minutes from Lillestrøm.
In the mid-1800s, Losby was owned by the Meyer family, headed by Jacob Meyer. He decided to build a hunting castle on the estate where they could invite the capital's elite for recreation and entertainment. Both royalty and royalty traveled here to hunt, and the parties at the estate were well known. Losby was described as a place where guests were greeted with overwhelming hospitality. This tradition is preserved and continued today.
