Losby Gods - A journey in time and traditions

In the midst of nature, at the crossroads between rural enchantment and the mysticism of the deep forests, Losby Estate reveals itself, just a 20-minute journey from central Oslo and only 10 minutes from Lillestrøm.
In the mid-1800s, Losby was owned by the Meyer family, headed by Jacob Meyer.
He decided to build a hunting lodge on the property, where they could invite the capital’s elite for recreation and entertainment.
Both royalty and royalty traveled here to hunt and the parties at the estate were widely known.
Losby was described as a place where guests were greeted with overwhelming hospitality.
