Traveling by motorcycle is exciting. The feeling of the unknown, discovering something new. Traveling on a motorcycle somehow gets you closer to all the elements. See new places and cultures. Feel the heat or the cold. Feel the smells, sounds and light. On a motorcycle seat, you discover the places or countries from the inside. But it takes preparation.
Starting the trip at home in my own garage, or in another part of the world. Is it asphalt or gravel? Will you be sleeping indoors or outdoors? All these things affect the way you prepare for your trip. Which bike and which packing systems you choose. What is the situation in the country you are going to visit and what conditions do you need to prepare for.
