LEKS Motor Oslo, which was established in April 2024, is looking forward to strengthening its efforts in the metropolitan area.
Triumph is the country’s fifth best-selling motorcycle brand in the heavy class, with sales of 661 bikes at the end of 2024, a market share of 10.88% and growth of 37.14% in 2024, compared to the previous year. Much due to the launch of the new 400 series. Triumph is Norway’s 3rd best-selling A2 motorcycle with 204 bikes, 10.91% market share and growth of 2,450% in 2024 after the launch of the new model series.
– “Norway is an important market for Triumph, and as the country’s capital, the Oslo area is a particular focus area for us. That’s why it’s important for us to strengthen our representation in this important capital as well,” says Andy Gawthorpe, regional director for Europe at Triumph’s European headquarters in Hinckley, Leicestershire, England.
He is supported by Rikard Coro, Nordic Manager for Triumph Motorcycles Nordic, headquartered in Sollentuna, Sweden. Today, Triumph has a total of six dealers in Norway:
– “Our goal is to continue to improve the experience for both current and new Triumph riders, as well as to ensure that an increasing number of motorcyclists have the opportunity to experience the joy of owning and riding a Triumph motorcycle. Our presence in Oslo is therefore important, and this is particularly evident in the Oslo area, where we are now collectively strengthening our position through the collaboration with LEKS Motor Oslo,” says Rikard Coro.
– We want to have a higher degree of visibility and participation in events and driver training within the motorcycle industry. Among other things, we are looking forward to being an even more active participant in “The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride” on May 18 with a focus on contributing to the cancer cause. Furthermore, we will also expand our presence at other important events, either directly or through our dealers in Norway,” says Rikard Coro.
