Straand Hotel, with Lars Arne and Katrine at the helm, works continuously with the professional community to offer motorcyclists interesting and educational events.
It’s not just about fun, but also serious and good content developed in collaboration with the most recognized knowledge environments.

Rider development is no longer just about cone riding in an open space.
To a much greater extent, training is aimed at the motorcyclist’s real challenges, and includes knowledge and strategies to prevent incidents from occurring.
Eddi Mathisen of førerutvikling.no has a lot of experience with this and has trained thousands of motorcyclists over a number of years who want to become better and safer drivers.
Motorcycling legend Terje Bredal was responsible for the gravel part of the program this time, and he always approaches the task with the greatest empathy.

There is no doubt whatsoever that the team had both fun and educational this weekend.
The team that has worked hard on the content and program hopes that the almost 100 registered participants will become many more next year.

All roads lead to Straand It’s very impressive that Straand manages to continue working on the basis of the HUB concept and continuously works to offer motorcyclists more content, not just nonsense but also serious and professionally based content that we can actually learn something from.
Straand has become an important meeting point and social arena for motorcyclists.
They obviously manage to balance this with important learning without becoming lecturing.
This is probably due to the hotel’s history as a shuttle station and, of course, the hosts’ genuine interest in motorcyclists.
This team works hard every single day to ensure that we as motorcyclists can experience and develop.
They facilitate the sharing and exchange of experiences and have thus become a real HUB in the motorcycle world.

No stone is left unturned here, and we’d just like to thank everyone in this team for working on absolutely every front for the benefit and enjoyment of us motorcyclists.
You may even have saved lives this weekend.

Thank you for that!
